Dropping off or picking up around the festival is prohibited. The police are strict and issue fines starting at 160 euros. Only the official K+R zones in Leuven and Aarschot are permitted. Taxis will drop you off safely there, from where shuttles will take you directly to the site.

With a taxi, you decide when you leave. No fixed train times, no changing trains, no lugging around luggage. After partying, you don’t have to worry about who is sober enough to drive.

4. Ideal with friends

With four or more people, you can easily share the cost of a taxi. And unlike public transport, you can sit together, without changing trains or delays.

5. Reliability counts

A taxi takes you where you need to be, on time and safely. Don’t be fooled by shady drivers who claim they can “stop somewhere nearby”. They risk getting you fined and ruining your day.

Pick up & drop off location

Here are the locations where we will pick you and your friends up and drop you off. We agree on clear and accessible points, tailored to the traffic situation around the festival.

We use the following pick-up and drop-off locations:

K+R-parking Station Aarschot

Parking P2 on Nieuwlandlaan in Aarschot.

K+R-parking Station Leuven (recommended)

Parking P1, Martelarenlaan at the rear of the station. Please note: the K+R zone at the front of the station (Martelarenplein) will be closed. You can therefore only drop off/pick up at the rear of the station in Leuven. You can reach the free shuttle buses at the front of the station via the passenger tunnel.

How does the pick-up and drop-off work at Rock Werchter?

For the ride to Rock Werchter, we will take you to the official drop-off zone designated by the organisation. No detours or stress. You get out and immediately immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Rock Werchter to enjoy the music, the artists and everything around it.

For the return trip, we ask you to share your live location with our driver via WhatsApp at the end of the festival. This is important because it often gets very busy at the end of Rock Werchter. By sharing your location live, we can find you more quickly among the crowd.

Once you have found our driver, you get in and start your relaxing journey home. Take a breather, relax, and before you know it, you’ll be in your own bed. Safe, comfortable, and worry-free.

In group to Rock Werchter 2026?

Book one taxi or a minibus for 6 to 8 people and share the fare. That way, you’ll arrive together and return safely together.

What you need to know for Rock Werchter 2026

Book your taxi in advance, especially for the return journey at night. Demand is high and the first reservations are already coming in. We work exclusively on a reservation basis, so we cannot guarantee that there will be space available at the last minute.
For night-time transport or during peak hours, we sometimes ask for a deposit. This way, you can be sure of your ride and we will be there at the right time.
Be wary of so-called “black taxis” that claim they can take you closer to Rock Werchter. In reality, they risk fines, checks or being turned away, and you will be left behind in a place where you may no longer be allowed to enter.
The result: your eagerly anticipated evening is completely ruined, or worse, you still have to find an official taxi and pay extra.
CTD Taxi always follows the rules of the festival, the municipality and the police. We take you as close as possible to the permitted zone, without any risks or surprises.
We depart from Mechelen. This means that we are mainly active in the Mechelen, Bonheiden, Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Duffel, etc. regions.

Are you booking with us from another city, such as Antwerp or Brussels? Then we take into account the distance to your departure point. This may be more expensive than a taxi from your own region. We are transparent about our prices, so you will never be faced with any surprises.
